NATALIE F. GRUBB is the Principal Attorney and founder of Grubb & Associates, L.P.A., having founded the firm in 1993. Natalie represents both privately and publicly held businesses, large corporations, and small businesses, as well as individuals in a large number of practice areas.
Natalie Grubb is a seasoned lawyer with a wide range of experience in employment and labor matters with an emphasis in discrimination litigation, including ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, COBRA, public policy, breach of employment contract and non-compete issues at both federal and state level for profit and non-profit corporations. Natalie regularly advises companies and municipalities regarding labor and employment issues. Natalie also has gained perspective through her previous involvement in general practice, where she gains extensive experience in corporate law, health law, transactional matters law, domestic relations law, non-profit, wills and trusts, and real estate law and has previously appeared on television concerning various legal matters and is a Member of the National Association of Professional and Executive Women.
Prior to joining Hermann, Cahn & Schneider, Natalie practiced employment and labor law, and general litigation with the Cleveland law firm of Buckingham, Doolittle and Burroughs, LLP. Natalie is rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell for legal ability and ethical standards.
Natalie has an extensive workers' compensation background having previously served as VP of Human Resources for Discount Drug Mart. She also has exceptional negotiation skills having negotiated various union contracts and labor issues for both public and private organizations. Natalie also has an extensive appellate practice having briefed and appeared before Ohio Appellate Courts, the Federal District Courts for the Northern and Southern Division of Ohio, and the Sixth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. Natalie concentrates her practice within the state of Ohio and in Cuyahoga, Medina, Lorain, Lake, Geauga, Summit, Portage, Franklin, and Montgomery counties.
