Nathan C. Favreau

Attorney Favreau's legal experience spans a range of practice areas. He routinely represents businesses and individuals in a variety of matters including: contract disputes, premises liability and general tort litigation. Attorney Favreau also represents municipalities in connection with tax collection and ordinance enforcement. Before joining Rome McGuigan, P.C., Attorney Favreau worked as an associate at a law firm in Hartford where he represented institutional lenders in complex litigation matters including: residential and commercial foreclosures, forbearance agreements, FDCPA claims defense, lender discrimination defense, title policy claims, bankruptcy proceedings, and summary process matters.
