Neal R. Devlin

Mr. Devlin focuses his practice on litigating complex and commercial disputes in state and federal courts throughout the country. After law school and working for the Knox Firm for one year, Mr. Devlin clerked for the Honorable Richard L. Nygaard on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Since returning to the Knox Firm, he has focused primarily on litigating contract, business and intellectual property disputes, though he also practices in constitutional law, appellate practice, and commercial, employment and tort litigation.
