Nicholas Alsaka

Nicholas (Nick) Alsaka is an associate attorney in the firm’s Chicago office. He focuses his practice on litigation defense of personal injury, medical malpractice, post-acute care and wrongful death matters. Nick has successfully argued an appeal in front of the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals establishing an abuse of discretion issue. Nick comes to Kitch with experience as a plaintiff’s attorney, which he uses to serve his clients with a better understanding of how cases are litigated on both sides.

Mr. Alsaka received his J.D. from the University of Arizona. He also holds a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Arabic from the University of Florida. Mr. Alsaka also speaks Arabic.

Mr. Alsaka is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Arab-American Bar Association of Illinois.
