Mr. Graham graduated from the University of California San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2012. After graduation, Mr. Graham worked as a file clerk with Lopez McHugh LLP, where the decision to go to law school was solidified while working with the firm.Mr. Graham then went on to attend the University of San Diego School of Law. While there, he was a member of the national Mock Trial Team. He competed in four tournaments: the American Association of Justice Intramural Championship at USD; the San Diego Defense Lawyers Trial Competition in San Diego (twice); and the American Association of Justice National Mock Trial Tournament in Seattle. Mr. Graham and his team were champions at the AAJ Intramural Tournament and finished third at SDDL and AAJ in Seattle. In his third year of law school, he served as a teaching assistant for a first year Property class. Mr. Graham helped students understand the material, held office hours, and led a weekly one hour class to give students additional help. He graduated from USD in 2015 with a concentration in Civil Litigation. His passion for trial work continues and he looks forward to growing his skills as a trial lawyer while working with Lopez McHugh.After graduation from USD, Mr. Graham worked as an Associate at Gomez Trial Attorneys. While working in their Complex Litigation Practice Group, Mr. Graham gained valuable experience in Mass Torts, Class Actions, and Environmental Law. In May 2016, Mr. Graham left Gomez Trial Attorneys to rejoin the team at Lopez McHugh LLP in the Newport Beach Office. He is currently handling cases involving defective pharmaceuticals and medical devices.Mr. Graham is admitted to practice before all of the courts of the State of California and the United States District Court for the Southern and Central Districts of California. He is a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), Consumer Attorneys of San Diego (CASD), Consumer Attorneys of Orange County (CAOC), the American Bar Association (ABA), and the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA).When not working, Mr. Graham enjoys hiking, rock climbing, and yoga. His favorite hike was summiting Mt. Whitney in one day, which he has now done twice.
