Nicholas J. Morrill

Nick is a member of the Real Estate and Business Services Practice Groups at Jensen Baird Gardner & Henry. He focuses his real estate practice representing individuals and businesses in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including, but not limited to, acquisitions, sales, leasing, conventional and private money financing, construction and subdivision development. He is also experienced in residential and commercial evictions, an in turn represents a number of landlords with respect to a variety of landlord-tenant issues. Nick focuses his business services practice representing sole proprietors, partnerships, nonprofit corporations, closely-held corporations and limited liability companies in entity selection, creation, acquisitions, sales, financing and mergers. He represents a number of highly acclaimed restaurants in Portland's Old Port, in addition a variety of other business clientele such as farmers, health clubs, real estate developers, contractors, mortgage lenders, real estate brokerage and management companies, condominium associations and landlords.
