Mr. Seliger joined McCormick Barstow’s Modesto office in 2019.

Experience

Mr. Seliger practices in the areas of general civil litigation, government entity defense, school district representation, insurance defense, commercial and business litigation. He assists both public sector and private clients in a wide variety of matters. Mr. Seliger has been practicing law in the Modesto for multiple years and has represented the interests of local businesses, agricultural clients, individuals, and local governments in both state and federal court. Mr. Seliger has extensive experience in all phases of litigation. He has tried multiple cases to verdict, all in favor of his clients. He also has represented clients in mediation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. His appellate experience includes having appeals heard by appellate courts in California, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Seliger’s commercial and business litigation practice in McCormick Barstow’s Modesto office continues to grow as he has represented local businesses in a variety of matters.

Mr. Seliger is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California as well as all United States District Courts in California.

Community Involvement

Mr. Seliger serves as a board member and vice president of the Pitman Development Foundation, an organization committed to fundraising, providing scholarship opportunities to students, and improving the athletic facilities at John H. Pitman High School in Turlock, California. Mr. Seliger is also very active in the local Assyrian community and is fluent in Assyrian. Mr. Seliger is an elite power lifter and power lifting coach at Old Skool Iron Modesto.
