Nicole D. Rogers

Nicole Rogers is an experienced litigator who defends medical malpractice claims and matters involving nursing home, municipal, premises, and product liability in state and federal court. Nicole has experience handling cases from intake through resolution - including witness interviews, pleadings preparation, expert witness conferences, discovery strategy, and more.

Nicole earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Hofstra University School of Law, where she was the Senior Associate Editor of the Hofstra Law Review and the recipient of its 2010 Bankruptcy Law Award.
