A native Houstonian, Noah Wexler attended the University of Texas where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics. He went on to earn his law degree, graduating cum laude from the South Texas College of Law. While in law school, Noah served as an assistant editor for the South Texas Law Review and South Texas Corporate Counsel Review and received numerous accolades for his work. In addition to his academic accomplishments, Noah gained valuable experience while working as the judicial clerk to Judge of the 11th Judicial District Court of Harris County.
Noah is licensed to practice law in Texas, Louisiana and in the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
In the spring of 2010, Noah joined Arnold & Itkin LLP and has continued his effective and successful representation of victims of catastrophic personal injury, defective products, and offshore injuries. He was selected for inclusion in the Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2013.
Since joining the team at Arnold & Itkin, Noah has shown a level of diligence, efficiency, and an intricate understanding of complex civil litigation that has helped his clients achieve excellent results. His practice focuses on maritime, admiralty, Jones Act, and offshore injury claims, in addition to commercial, pharmaceutical, medical device, and catastrophic injury litigation. In his young career, he has already litigated hundreds of individual cases from inception to resolution - including multiple trial verdicts and hundreds of successful recoveries for his clients. His reputation in the courtroom and at the negotiating table speaks for itself.
Noah oversees several complex mass tort dockets, including Deepwater Horizon explosion economic loss cases, product liability and failure to warn claims relating to Gadolinium MRI contrast dye, Trasylol claims, Zoloft birth defects claims, Accutane claims, and transvaginal mesh cases.
He is an active member of the American Association for Justice, American Bar Association, Texas State Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and Texas Young Lawyers Association. In his spare time, Noah volunteers with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), Partnership for the Advancement & Immersion of Refugees (PAIR), and Professionals United to Lead St. Luke's Health System (PULSE).
