Paola Solano is an Associate at Butler based in the Miami office and is fluent in both English and Spanish. Paola focuses her practice in the area of Construction Defects and Products Liability.
She litigates in both State and Federal Courts, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for both the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
Prior to joining Butler, Paola worked as a criminal defense attorney litigating numerous misdemeanor and felony cases, including trials throughout the State of Florida in both state and federal court.
Paola received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and Public Relations from the University of Miami in 2008 and her Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration in International Business from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2014. While in law school, she was a member of the International Human Rights Law Review and published an article on Colombia’s Herbicide Spraying in the Crucible Between Indigenous Rights, Environmental Law, and State Security, in the 2014 edition of the International Human Rights Law Review publication.
Paola is a member of the Dade County Bar Association and Colombian-American Bar Association, as well as a member of the Jackson Health Foundation Young Angels and Guardian Angels.
