More importantly, she has the knowledge and experience to assess and advise of the likelihood of success.
Ms. Lynn-Ford is a graduate of St. John's University School of Law (J.D. 1985) and the College of Holy Cross (B.A. cum laude 1982). She has extensive trial and appellate experience in the First, Second, Third, and Fourth Judicial Departments of New York State. In 2003, she was inducted as a fellow of the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers. She has been a frequent lecturer on trial practice topics for the New York State Bar Association. She is a member of the New York Super Lawyers Registry.
Ms. Lynn-Ford truly enjoys her diverse practice for the challenging legal issues and personal relationships she develops with her clients. In addition to traditional civil court trial by jury, Ms. Lynn-Ford has also resolved many cases through mediation and binding arbitration, obtaining substantial settlements and awards.
