Paul Weber centers his practice on civil litigation and commercial matters. He is experienced in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury, products and premises liability as well as contractual and insurance coverage interpretation. He also represents medical professionals before administrative and licensing boards and provides advice concerning issues involving licensing, insurance and business practices faced by professionals. A 1983 graduate of the University of Baltimore School of law, Mr. Weber completed his undergraduate study at James Madison University. Mr. Weber joined Mr. Hyatt in 1993 after serving as an associate and a partner in a Baltimore litigation firm. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Maryland State Bar Association, the Anne Arundel Bar Association, the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justices. He practices in all Maryland trial and appellate courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also a Certified Mediator for the Circuit Court of Anne Arundel County and a Certified Medical Malpractice Mediator for the Circuit Courts of Baltimore City and Baltimore County. Mr. Weber has served as president of the Archbishop Spalding Board of Directors, president of the James Madison University Alumni Association and treasurer of the Ed Block Courage Foundation.
