Peter Anderson is a director in the firm’s Litigation Department. His practice primarily focuses on criminal law and includes the defense of financial criminal matters. Peter also works with McLane Middleton’s Tax Department in the litigation of civil and criminal tax matters. In addition, he maintains a diverse civil practice and is the Chair of the Family Law Practice Group. Prior to joining McLane Middleton, he worked as a trial attorney at the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the New Hampshire Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Peter received his J.D. from the New England School of Law (1985), and B.A. from the University of Connecticut (1980).
