Pierre A. Chabot

Pierre advocates on behalf of employers, manufacturers, school districts and healthcare providers in all types of civil cases. He has significant experience managing complex litigation, from discovery through trial, and has defended a wide range of companies in complex and high-stakes litigation, including employment discrimination claims and product liability cases in the aerospace and pharmaceutical industries. Pierre also represents litigants throughout the appeals process, and has briefed multiple cases in the New Hampshire Supreme Court and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. When he is not litigating on behalf of employers and manufacturers, Pierre negotiates collective bargaining agreements on behalf of employers and provides compliance assistance concerning employment practices and healthcare issues for school districts, universities, hospitals and private companies.
