As a shareholder with over 25 years in employee benefits, executive compensation, employment and labor law, Brent brings significant breadth and depth of experience to help clients achieve their benefits and executive compensation goals. Brent has developed skills that include evaluating current benefit plans for improved utility as well as designing new retirement and welfare benefit plans, non-qualified retirement plans, compensation and bonus programs, and providing advice regarding compliance and administration issues. His experience also includes the development of cash and stock-based incentive programs and executive employment and severance agreements.

Prior to joining Coolidge Wall, Brent served as Senior Corporate Counsel at Cinergy Corp. in Cincinnati, where he directed the employment law section of that company’s legal department.
