Tyler White focuses his practice on Elder Law, including ALTCS/Medicaid planning, veterans benefit planning, and advance care planning. He also practices in the area of employment and labor law, with a focus on pharmaceutical overtime collective action litigation.
Tyler is a member of the Arizona State Bar.
Tyler graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in 2002, and then graduated from Chapman University School of Law in 2006. During law school, Tyler served as Staff Editor for Nexus Journal and Executive Editor for Chapman Law Review, and earned top honors in Mediation, Wills & Trusts, and Legal Research and Writing. After law school, Tyler earned a master’s degree in public policy from the University of Utah, where he was inducted into Pi Alpha Alpha for academic achievement.
During law school, Tyler worked at the California Court of Appeal as a judicial extern for the honorable Justice Richard Aronson, and as a research assistant to Professor Katherine Darmer. Tyler also earned a position in an appellate litigation clinic, where he drafted appellate briefs and successfully argued a case involving immigration issues before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He later earned a position at the University of Utah to assist with graduate level studies in quantitative methods. Tyler has also helped draft the briefs in a wage and hour collective action before the Supreme Court of the United States.
