Richard A. Englemann prides himself on his vast experience and brings this experience with him to THE702FIRM Injury Attorneys to provide the best possible representation for his clients. Richard has over 25 jury trials to his experience, including appellate work in State and Federal Courts.
Prior to joining THE702FIRM Injury Attorneys, Richard started his practice as an intern for Federal District Court Judge Phillip M. Pro (Ret.). After graduating from law school, Richard clerked for the Honorable Jack Lehman (Ret.) with the Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County, Nevada where he handled criminal and civil calendars along with the Clark County Drug Court Program. After completing his clerkship, Richard joined the law firm Eglet Prince, which merged into Prince | Keating Law Group. Richard practiced insurance defense for 16 years prior to joining THE702FIRM Injury Attorneys. Richard’s practice focused in the area of catastrophic personal injury cases and complex insurance litigation, including contact work and first- and third-party bad faith claims, which provides him with years of experience defending Fortune 100 Insurance Companies which he now uses to his advantage to represent injured victims.
Prior to college, Richard worked as an auto, diesel and heavy equipment mechanic, including mining and drilling operations. In addition, Richard volunteered to work on his community’s emergency services, which included being an emergency medical technician, a firefighter and a Sheriff’s deputy for Search and Rescue operations. In his spare time, Richard is an avid golfer, motorcyclist, bicyclist and firearms enthusiast.
