Dick joined the firm in 1980 and has been a director since 1987. Dick served as the firm's Managing Director from 2013 to 2018. He is the former chair of the firm's Corporate Department and concentrates his practice in corporate governance, corporate transactions (M&A), and securities regulation, including SEC regulation, private securities offerings, formation of private investment funds, and registered investment adviser and broker representation.
Dick received his B.A., cum laude, from Union College, his M.A. from Duke University (1976), and his J.D., cum laude, from Cornell University (1980) where he was an editor of the Cornell International Law Journal.
