Richard D. D'Estrada, J.D.

Richard D’Estrada spent 28 years with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel as a senior trial attorney where he litigated Tax Court cases and rendered advice to IRS personnel on all aspects of tax compliance. His practice currently focuses on Federal and State civil and criminal tax controversy and IRS collection alternatives. Mr. D’Estrada was an adjunct professor at the University of Denver Graduate Tax Program for 18 years where he taught civil and criminal tax procedure. Richard received his J.D. from Marquette University Law School.
