ABOUT Richard G. Collins

Rick is a former prosecutor with more than a decade of trial experience. Upon graduation from law school, Rick began prosecuting cases for the Henrico County (VA) Commonwealth's Attorney's Office, where he led investigations and handled cases ranging from DUIs to drug offenses to murder. In 2009, Rick joined Bartlett & Spirn, PLC in Williamsburg, where he led the firm's litigation practice. Currently, Rick's practice focuses on criminal defense, contested divorce and child custody cases, civil litigation, business law and personal injury. Rick graduated from William and Mary Law School in 2005. He is member of the Board of the Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Virginia Peninsula and a member of the Williamsburg Bar Association's Pro Bono committee. He lives in Williamsburg with his wife, Christine, their son and two dogs.
