Richard Gama has handled nothing except personal injury cases (auto accidents, medical malpractice, slip and falls, dangerous or defective products) for more than a decade. Unlike many high-volume law firms, he is highly selective about the cases that he accepts because he personally handles everything, from investigation to negotiation to trial, himself. This is the kind of personal attention and service that sets him apart from other firms. Mr. Gama is an active and respected member of his community, and has been asked to lecture on the subject of litigating personal injury cases. He belongs to several legal associations such as the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, Colorado Bar Association, and The National Trial Lawyers. He also enjoys helping high school students in his community prepare for State-wide mock trial presentations.
Before he received his law degree from New Jersey's Rutgers University School of Law in 2005, he earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder. Richard embraces the outdoor Colorado lifestyle, enjoying hiking, camping and backpacking with his wife, who is a Nurse Practitioner at the University of Colorado Hospital, and their twin boys.
