Richard Hart has been practicing law for more than 30 years. He founded Hart Law Office in Milwaukee in 1977 and has faithfully served the community ever since. He has worked as a pro bono attorney for the Milwaukee Bar Association since 1988.
He also provides general legal advice and has the ability to handle appellate court cases.

He organizes and moderates the Milwaukee County Family Court Guardian ad Litem Annual Training Seminars and chairs the Milwaukee County Family Court Bench/Bar Committee.

Personal information
Richard served for many years as the Athletic Director of the Mother of Good Counsel Athletic Association, an organization for which he does pro bono work. Richard also belongs to the Sherman Park Community Association and is well known and recognized for his volunteer activities and service to the community. Due to his strong presence in the community, the city of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County and the State of Wisconsin Governor's office created a "Richard H. Hart Day" in his honor.
