Rick Kroeger is an associate attorney with Mintz Law Firm. Mr. Kroeger specializes in representing those injured by motor vehicle collisions, mass tort claims, defective medical products and devices, and dangerous and defective property conditions. Rick Kroeger brings more than 20 years of experience to each and every case that he handles. Rick spent several years practicing as a defense attorney for several insurance companies and therefore brings with him unique knowledge of how insurers typically handle and evaluate claims.
Rick Kroeger is a native of Michigan who has also worked for firms in Wisconsin and New York. He has tried cases in state and federal courts throughout the United States. He was deeply involved in litigating and resolving the personal injury claims of more than 10,000 rescue workers and first responders to the World Trade Center collapse in New York City on September 11, 2001.
In addition to being an aggressive advocate and active lawyer, Rick is active in the community, works to provide assistance to minorities and the disadvantaged, and participates in fundraisers for several charities including the Children's Cancer Research Fund.
