ABOUT Robert H. McLean

Rob McLean represents clients in a wide range of civil litigation in Florida’s trial and appellate courts. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeal for the Eleventh Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Prior to joining Bice Cole, Rob represented both plaintiffs and defendants in cases involving automobile accidents, premises liability, first party insurance claims, construction defects, employment discrimination and civil rights. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Andrews Presbyterian College and a Master of Arts degree from the University of North Florida, after which he worked as a claims adjuster at Fortune Insurance and an underwriter at Independent Fire Insurance. Rob then attended law school at the University of Florida where he earned a Juris Doctorate in 1996. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and is past president of the Marion County Bar Association.

Rob lives in Ocala, Florida with his wife, Pamela, his daughter, Maggie, and his son, Richard.
