ABOUT Robert Henry Snyder, Jr.

Rob Snyder is a litigator representing businesses and individuals in complex securities matters and commercial disputes. Rob's practice is focused on reaching a successful and efficient resolution of complicated matters ranging from securities litigation and arbitration, fiduciary litigation, partnership disputes and complex contract matters. Rob also has extensive experience representing developers, investors, and contractors in litigation related to real estate development contracts and loan workouts.

Rob is admitted to practice in Georgia and Florida and has direct, hands-on experience acting as first-chair counsel in trials, dispositive hearings, arbitrations and mediations, and has assisted in the litigation and trial of numerous other matters. In 2013, Rob was part of the team representing a broker-dealer in dozens of related actions in state and federal court and FINRA arbitrations. In connection with that representation, Rob was responsible for preparing and assisting in the trial of three multi-week FINRA arbitrations, all of which resulted in complete dismissals with prejudice of all claims against the broker-dealer and the named representatives.

Before joining Rogers and Hardin in 2012, Rob practiced for several years with a full-service Atlanta-based law firm. Immediately after law school, Rob served as a law clerk to the Honorable Harold L. Murphy, of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Rome Division.
