Mr. Trigg earned his law degree at the University of Colorado and his undergraduate degree in engineering science from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. Following law school, Mr. Trigg clerked for the Hon. Roxanne Bailin in Colorado State District Court. For four years after his clerkship, he practiced with an insurance defense firm in Denver, emphasizing civil litigation matters in the areas of aviation, products liability, accident reconstruction, and professional malpractice. Previous to law school, Mr. Trigg was employed as a computer systems analyst for a major ski area with responsibility for implementing and managing personal computer-based networks. Since 1995, in addition to practicing law, Mr. Trigg has also provided technical consulting support to law firms, assisting firms with their technology needs such as trial preparation and electronic courtroom presentation of evidence. He has been a frequent speaker to legal professionals on topics related to the implementation and use of technology in the practice of law. Mr. Trigg primarily litigates civil matters with issues in workers compensation, personal injury, automobile accidents, aviation, products liability, insurance and business law.
