Robyn K. Factor joined Kirshenbaum & Kirshenbaum in 1994 as an associate focusing on personal injury and workers’ compensation matters. She was named a partner at Kirshenbaum & Kirshenbaum in 2012, and continues to represent clients in all types of personal injury matters, including car/truck/motorcycle/pedestrian accidents, slip and fall, dog bite cases, as well as workers’ compensation matters. Before coming to Kirshenbaum & Kirshenbaum, Robyn practiced at two different Los Angeles, California law firms.
Robyn graduated from Boston University School of Law in 1988. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Boston University as well, graduating with honors in 1984.
She is a member of the Rhode Island and California Bar Associations, and the US District Court of Rhode Island. Since 2002, Robyn has served on the Workers’ Compensation Bench/Bar Committee. Robyn is also a member of the Rhode Island Association for Justice.
In September 2006, Robyn was selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America in the area of Workers’ Compensation Law. In September 2003, she was featured on the cover of Rhode Island Monthly and named one of the best Workers’ Compensation attorneys in Rhode Island.
