Roger is the “lawyer’s lawyer” at Jaburg Wilk. Veteran and novice attorneys line up outside his office to seek his counsel. He is also an untiring and passionate advocate for his many business clients, with whom he enjoys long-standing relationships. He has the rare ability to “dig deep” in his legal analysis while at the same time resolving complex commercial disputes, and handling multifaceted business transactions, efficiently and effectively for his clients. In nearly 40 years of practice, Roger’s skill and expertise as a litigator have seen him through all variety of commercial disputes, including landlord-tenant, lending, real property, escrow agent, complex fraud, receivership, employment contracts, professional malpractice and financial transactions. He also has an affinity for problem solving, particularly in the area of business divorces – break-ups and dissolutions among shareholders, partners and members of business entities. Roger also plays a mean surf guitar with his band, Los Huevos.
