Over his 30 years as a lawyer, Ron has represented health care practitioners and hospitals in the defense of medical malpractice cases in the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire, the Supreme Court of New Hampshire and in every County of the New Hampshire Superior Court. He has also represented physicians before the New Hampshire Board of Medicine and has advised hospitals on credentialing, risk management, quality assurance, regulatory and other issues. Ron has lectured on medical malpractice prevention and litigation to hospitals and medical groups throughout New Hampshire and has represented national manufacturers and companies in the defense of products liability claims. He has also worked with the New Hampshire Medical Society to address professional liability issues and concerns.

Ron is a founding member and President of a 2000 member non-profit organization known as REACH (Residents Environmental Action Committee for Health). He has worked with former Governor Lynch, the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services and the New Hampshire Legislature to draft and enact legislation to limit hazardous air emissions throughout the State. He has represented REACH in the Superior Court and before the Solid Waste Management Council and has testified before Senate and House subcommittees.
Ron and his organization have also participated in the Climate Change Policy Task Force established by Governor Lynch. Prior to joining Wadleigh, Ron was appointed as Law Clerk to the Honorable John W. King, Chief Justice, Supreme Court of New Hampshire, 1979-1980.
