Ross E. Carey

Ross is a litigator with a focus on real estate and business matters. Prior to joining Tueller & Gibbs, Ross worked in complex commercial litigation at Rollin Braswell Fischer LLC (now Fox Rothschild), defending a large financial institution against multi-billion-dollar residential mortgage-backed securities claims.Since graduating from the University of Illinois College of Law, Ross has represented clients in a variety of matters including regulatory matters, contract negotiations, and proceedings before the Colorado Supreme Court Board of Law Examiners. This diversity of experience allows Ross to confidently and effectively assist his clients.Ross has a degree in history from Vassar College. Prior to attending law school, Ross worked on a number of political campaigns managing field operation and election law compliance. In his free time, Ross enjoys exploring the Colorado outdoors in his Ford Bronco, following the Red Sox, and watching classic movies.
