My name is Ross Iakovakis. I am an attorney specializing in personal injury, with an emphasis on motor vehicle collisions and premises liability cases. I have settled a numerous of cases both pre-litigation and during litigation, and pride myself on achieving the best possible result for my clients. Additionally, I am heavily involved in all aspects of my client’s cases, including settlement negotiations, mediations, and during all phases of litigation.
Prior to practicing personal injury law, I did transactional work for banks and other financial institutions on large-scale, government projects.
I earned my J.D. in 2011 from the University Of Denver Sturm College Of Law, and am admitted to practice in the State of Colorado. During my education at the University of Denver, I interned with the Honorable Richard Caschette of the 18th Judicial District, in Douglas County, Colorado. Judge Caschette oversaw a docket involving civil and criminal cases, and appellate cases involving County court decisions. This docket exposed me to a wide variety of cases very early in my legal career.
In my free time, I love to spend time with my wife, play hockey, and watch the Denver Broncos.
