Samantha Henchen

Samantha joined the firm in 2010 as a law clerk, becoming an associate of the firm in 2016. She concentrates in bankruptcy, real estate, personal injury and family law.

She is a current member of the Vermont Bar Association.

After earning her Bachelor’s Degree from Champlain College in 2008, Samantha went on to complete the Vermont Supreme Court’s rigorous four-year law office study program in 2013. During her study, she gained invaluable experience working with some of Vermont’s best attorneys.

Samantha’s greatest goal in her practice is to achieve favorable results for her clients with minimal hassle and stress. She strives to keep each client well-informed of their case while helping them better understand their rights.

A native Vermont, Samantha finds great adventure in the mountains of Vermont. She is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys running, biking, hiking and snowboarding.
