Sandy has substantial experience in complex litigation matters. Sandy grew up in Oregon, obtaining her law degree from the University of Oregon where she was an Associate Editor of the Oregon Law Review. Ms. Eloranto was named a Colorado Super Lawyers Rising Star® in 2010. Until recently, her practice includes defending drug and device litigation in state, federal and MDL courts, and defending doctors and hospitals in medical malpractice cases. She has defended cases alleging professional and premises liability, medical privacy, construction defects, and other commercial litigation. Ms. Eloranto’s background helps her quickly assess complex medical causation and damages issues and retain physicians and other medical experts which will assist us in handling first party UIM bad faith claims. She has extensive knowledge on E-Discovery matters and has managed large document productions from collection through production, drafting legal hold policies and negotiating two-tier protective orders and electronic document production specifications. Sandy has also made time to be a volunteer judge for Arapahoe County Bar Association's Mock Trial Tournament and was an Associate Editor for the Oregon Law Review.
