ABOUT Sarah Lampi Little

Sarah believes that the bankruptcy law really helps people. She's been practicing consumer bankruptcy law as a solo practitioner since 2003. Over the past 15 years she has worked hard to provide great service to her clients and to be a leader in the professional community. She serves on various professional committees and creates educational opportunities for the bar association. In 2014, She was appointed as a Panel Chapter 7 Trustee for the Northern District of California, Oakland Division. As her trustee practice grew, it was a natural fit to join the team at Kornfield, Nyberg Bendes and Kuhner, P.C. where she can continue to offer serves to chapter 7 and chapter 13 clients, while leveraging her partners' expertise in trustee and corporate matters and litigation. Sarah enjoys connecting with people and assisting them with what is usually one of the most difficult times of a person's life. Proper representation includes listening to her clients with a compassionate ear, making sure she takes the time to explain how the process works and how it can help them them, spotting and working out potential trouble before it happens, and finding creative solutions to complicated problems. Sarah handles invididual chapter 7 and chapter 13 cases, business cases, and particularly enjoys working out solutions to complicated tax problems.
