SaVannah Reading is an Arkansas native. She was born in Northwest Arkansas and grew up in the River Valley. She graduated from Greenwood High School in 2006 and attained her Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism and Political Science from the University of Arkansas in 2010. After graduating, she moved to Iowa to work as a TV anchor and reporter. As a journalist, she interviewed presidential candidates and told the unique stories of the people of Iowa and Minnesota. She found that her favorite part of the job was covering the courts, so it did not take long before she decided she needed to be on the other side of the bar.
SaVannah moved back home to attend law school at the University of Arkansas and graduated summa cum laude in 2017. While in law school, she studied abroad in Rome, Italy, was a member of the Arkansas Law Review, and was a semi-finalist in the law school’s moot court competition.
SaVannah began her legal career as an attorney for the Arkansas Department of Humans Services where she handled child abuse and neglect cases. She joined Miller, Butler, Schneider, Pawlik & Rozzell in February of 2018 where she handles family and juvenile law matters.
When SaVannah is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, being outdoors, and being a part of the Northwest Arkansas community.
