Sean serves as of counsel to the Brewster Law Firm. He began his legal career while he was still in law school, serving as a law clerk to the General Counsel office of United Services Automobile Association (USAA) in San Antonio. Upon graduation Sean remained with USAA as an attorney, where he handled a variety of financial, corporate, tax, securities and insurance matters for USAA’s domestic and international operations. After almost fifteen years with USAA, Sean left to engage in a very active civil trial litigation practice in San Antonio and the Rio Grande Valley. Along with this work, he practiced oil and gas and corporate transactional law. After approximately 6 years of civil trial litigation, Sean moved into a larger role as an oil and gas transactional and litigation attorney. As an oil and gas attorney, Sean has represented both owners and operators in many facets of the oil and gas business, as well as landowners in their respective matters. In addition to his oil and gas practice, Sean has participated in oil and gas exploration projects across the United States.
As a litigator, Sean brings a broad variety of experience having represented both sides of the docket to help resolve disputed. Sean also has vast legal experience in other areas of law, including; corporate, real estate, contracts, securities, investments, and business organizations, just to name a few.
