Shanda's practice focuses primarily on premises liability litigation. Her experience in this area of the law is varied and includes everything from routine slip and fall litigation to more complex inadequate security cases. She practices in both state and federal courts and is well-versed in federal practice and procedure – especially in the area of removal jurisdiction.
Shanda earned a B.A. in English from the University of Southern Mississippi and received her J.D. from Mississippi College School of Law, where she graduated cum laude and served as Case Note/Comment Editor of the Law Review.
