Shawn M. Cunningham is an owner/stockholder of the firm. Mr. Cunningham was born in Wyoming and made Phoenix, Arizona his home in 1986 after receiving his Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees, cum laude, from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. Mr. Cunningham obtained his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, in 1989 from Arizona State University College of Law where he was named to the Dean's List. While in law school, Mr. Cunningham was named to the Order of Barristers, and served as Chairman of the Executive Moot Court Board. Mr. Cunningham devotes his practice to representing clients who have been seriously injured through no fault of their own or who have lost loved ones due to the wrongful conduct or negligence of others. Mr. Cunningham is a member of several professional organizations for lawyers, including the Million Dollar Advocates Forum which recognizes the accomplishments of lawyers who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for their clients, the American Board of Trial Advocates which accepts members by invitation only and recruits only those lawyers who have significant trial experience and have demonstrated exceptional trial skills in the courtroom, Best Lawyers in America and Southwest Super Lawyers.
