Mr. Fuller is the managing partner of the firm and oversees the litigation practice. He has been involved in hundreds of large cases and appeals. He ensures that the business-like and hands-on approach used in the business practice is continued in the litigation practice. Mr. Fuller has extensive trial experience with tremendous results in jury verdicts and substantial settlements for both Plaintiffs and Defendants.
Mr. Fuller is a seasoned trial lawyer with over 37 years of experience trying a wide variety of civil litigation cases from business and commercial disputes to labor and employment matters to personal injury actions including civil rights matters, representing clients from the telecommunications, restaurant, commercial real estate, manufacturing and medical industries, to name a few.
Mr. Fuller appears before local, state, including appellate along with federal courts and has represented the founder of Applebee’s for 26 years. He has been involved in hundreds of jury trials to verdict with a substantial success rate and more than a thousand litigation matters with excellent resolutions for clients.
Prior to joining forming Fuller Sloan, previous Mr. Fuller was the local Managing Partner at CKR Law L.L.P. from 2014-2019, Managing Partner of Davidson, Fuller & Sloan, L.L.P. from 1987 until 2014; Partner with Lawson, Fuller & Hancock from 1983 until 1987 and admitted to bar in 1983. He is rated AV by Martindale Hubbell as the highest rating among his peers. He is listed in the Martindale Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers for Business Law; Civil Trial Practice; Commercial Law; Corporate Law; Labor and Employment Law; and Real Estate Law. Mr. Fuller is A.M. Best Certified and is recognized as one of the Top 100 trial attorneys in the State of Georgia by the National Trial Lawyers.
Mr. Fuller is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice in the Northern District of Georgia, the Middle District of Georgia, the U.S. Court of Appeals 11th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. He earned his law degree magna cum laude from Atlanta Law School with his undergraduate at Georgia State University. During this time Mr. Fuller completed his internship at the Dekalb County Solicitor’s Office and clerked for multiple law firms while also engaging in active investigations.
