Steven M. Wheat received his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2012, where he was a staff editor for Hastings Business Law Journal. He received his undergraduate triple degrees in Economics, International Studies, and History from the University of Mississippi, magna cum laude, in 2007. Mr. Wheat is admitted to practice before all California State Courts, the Federal District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit. He is a member of the State Bar of California and Santa Clara County Bar Association.
Prior to joining Rehon & Roberts, Mr. Wheat advised and represented leading tech-industry clients in trademark, intellectual property, real estate, and commercial litigation, as well as owners, developers, and general contractors in disputes related to commercial, healthcare, industrial, green energy and conventional power facilities, and residential and mixed-use projects.
