Steven T. Knipfelberg focuses his practice on complex commercial and business litigation and secured creditor litigation, with an emphasis on representing national and regional financial institutions. He is experienced in loan default actions, real and personal property foreclosures, defending consumer claims including FDCPA, TILA, consumer fraud and other federal and state consumer claims, and judgment enforcement in New Jersey and New York. Mr. Knipfelberg also represents clients in bankruptcy cases, including adversary proceedings.
Mr. Knipfelberg is a 2009 graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was associate editor of the Seton Hall Circuit Review Journal, and a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
