Tara Reck, Esq.

Mrs. Tara Reck is the managing L&I attorney and managing workers compensation attorney at Reck Law, PLLC and Casey & Casey, PS, with several offices in the Greater Seattle and Tacoma area. Mrs. Reck serves as a voice for injured workers in Washington State and has been fighting for the rights of work injury claimants since 2005. She is a very active L&I attorney and a regular speaker in workers compensation conferences and continued legal education seminars for attorneys and legal professionals.

Mrs. Reck graduated from the Seattle University School of Law in 2006 and has been practicing Workers’ Compensation law since she was an intern. Through her legal activity, publications and speaking engagements, she has been recognized as a strong advocate for injured workers in Washington State. Over the years she received many awards for her contribution and dedication to work injury claimants, including the Super-Lawyers award for 5 years in a row.

In her spare time, Mrs. Reck volunteers and serves on the board of several non-profit organizations in the Greater Seattle area, with focus on helping children in need.
