Thomas (TJ) Jerald Johnson

TJ was raised in Rapid City, SD; graduated from the University of South Dakota Law School in December 1977; admitted to practice in all South Dakota courts, the South Dakota Federal District Court, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court; he is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of South Dakota, the American Association for Justice (fka The American Trial Lawyers Association), the South Dakota Trial Lawyers Association, the National Association of Elder Care Attorneys, and the Academy of Special Needs Planners. TJ has worked with hundreds of clients for more than 30 years. He helps small businesses, families and particularly families with disability issues.

TJ has served on: The South Dakota Board of Pardons and Paroles, (Member and Chair), Board of Directors of Sioux Vocational Services, Inc., (Member and Chair), Handiridders, Inc. dba HorsePower (Member), Parent to Parent Inc. (Member), Lunch is Served, Inc. (Member; Here4youth (fka The Liberty Center), and regularly speaks on issues affecting the disabled.
