Tom places great value in working closely with clients and building long term relationships. It’s one of the main reasons he cofounded McGuire, Craddock & Strother more than two decades ago. Tom’s national practice includes a wide variety of business litigation in state and federal venues across the country, including commercial disputes, antitrust, employment-related matters, contracts, product liability, fraud, securities claims, creditor and debtor controversies, lender-liability claims, and labor-related litigation. A problem-solver at heart, Tom is equally comfortable in arbitration and mediation.
With broad knowledge of corporate law; estate, trust and probate issues; regulatory matters and litigation, he is routinely called upon to serve as outside counsel for companies and provide advice and analysis on a range of business and personnel matters. In addition, Tom has testified in court proceedings as an expert witness on Texas law. His practical business and legal experience allows him to help clients proactively address issues by assisting in the creation of employee handbooks and document retention and destruction protocols.
