Timothy Burnett has a diverse litigation practice, specializing in construction, property management, financial services, and general real estate disputes. He also advises both individual and institutional clients on a wide range of topics, including insurance coverage, personal injury, landlord-tenant, employment, and state and federal regulatory compliance.
Tim regularly represents developers and general contractors in complex construction defect actions as well as financial services institutions in a wide range of litigation, including claims for wrongful foreclosure and violation of California's Homeowner Bill of Rights. Tim has built his practice on delivering efficient, effective results by developing and executing case-specific litigation strategy to suit each case and each client's particular needs.
