Timothy Bupp has a broad legal practice providing clients with specialized advice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, business and tax planning, real estate transactions and related matters. Tim’s practice utilizes his advanced degrees in business administration, business taxation, and law, as well as certifications in estate planning and taxation. Tim uses his training and experience to counsel individuals and businesses with estate and wealth transfer planning, business succession planning, entity formation or acquisition and tax planning.
Tim is certified in estate planning, and has extensive experience in advising clients on estate administration and probate of wills. Tim also has practiced extensively in the orphans court, and has assisted clients in resolving estate disputes, probate claims, will contests, trust litigation, guardianships and similar matters.
Tim also provides CGA’s estate planning clients with specialized legal counsel in the areas of elder law, Medicaid, and related health care matters. This changing and complex area of the law is increasingly important to individuals planning their own estates or those of parents or loved ones.
Tim also practices extensively in municipal law, and has represented townships, boroughs, authorities, zoning boards and other municipal entities. Tim also has represented individuals and businesses in appearances before municipalities and their boards for zoning variances, special exceptions, subdivisions and other municipal matters.
A lifelong resident of southern York County, Tim also practices extensively in issues related to farmland preservation, estate planning for farm owners and farm families and related agricultural law issues. Tim comes from a farm background. He serves on the boards of the Farm & Natural Lands Trust of York County, the Horn Farm Center for Agricultural Education and the Anderson Agricultural Committee of the York Foundation.
