Mr. Fiscella is a life-long resident of the Chicagoland area. He attended the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. He later earned his Juris Doctorate Degree at Chicago-Kent College of Law.
Prior to starting his own practice, Mr. Fiscella worked with another DuPage County area defense firm focusing on a variety of criminal matters throughout the country. He has defended clients in a number of complex jury and bench trials in federal and state court. He has worked on legal teams defending clients charged with murder, RICO and organized crime allegations, kidnapping, conspiracy, aggravated battery, possession and sale of narcotics, white collar crimes, violent crimes, weapon possession, and a variety of other matters.
Mr. Fiscella is a member of the Illinois Bar, the Federal Bar of the Northern District of Illinois, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Federal Trial Bar.
