Tina M. Hogue is a native of South Dakota. She grew up in Miller, SD area before moving to Rapid City. She lived in Sioux Falls while attending college. Ms. Hogue received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Sioux Falls in 1991. She continued her studies at the University of South Dakota School of Law in Vermillion, SD, where she earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence degree. After graduating from the University of South Dakota Law School, she and her husband moved to Omaha, Nebraska where she initially practiced law. Her family brought her back to the Black Hills area where she has been practicing law since 1996.
Ms. Hogue is currently licensed to practice law in both South Dakota and Nebraska state and federal courts. She now focuses her practice on all areas of estate planning, including Wills (simple and complex), Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Probate and Trust Administration, Real Estate Transactions, Farm and Ranch Succession, and Business Planning, but she has experience in a wide array of legal matters, including construction litigation, corporate and commercial law, worker’s compensation and personal injury.
