Tommie G. Williams

Mr. Williams has practiced with Upshaw, Williams for 40 years. He is admitted to practice in all Mississippi Courts. Mr. Williams is a member of both the American College of Trial Lawyers and the American Board of Trial Advocates, invitation only organizations of Trial Attorneys across the United States.

Mr. Williams' practice is largely devoted to the defense of professional negligence claims involving doctors, hospital and other medical professionals as well as the defense of negligence claims against attorneys. He also has an interest in, and represents clients in product liability litigation.

Tommie and his wife have two children and three grandchildren. They attend North Greenwood Baptist Church in Greenwood, where Tommie serves as a Deacon and Sunday School teacher.

In his spare time, Tommie enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren as well as hunting, fishing, and flying.
