ABOUT Trinity Jordan

Trinity works in the Commercial Litigation, Corporate, Nonprofit, Construction, and Criminal practice groups at PAMH. Trinity regularly represents clients in both state and federal court, though his practice mainly focuses on federal law matters. In his practice, Trinity has worked with some of the largest privately owned technology companies in the United States, as well as many local businesses, contractors, and individuals. Trinity has also worked with hundreds of nonprofits and churches across the United States.

Prior to joining the team at PAMH, Trinity was an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of Florida in Miami, Florida. As an AUSA, Trinity was assigned to the major crimes section and prosecuted federal criminal matters involving economic crimes, tax fraud, identity theft, narcotics distribution, federal firearm violations, money laundering, bank robber, Hobbs Act robbery, alien smuggling, child pornography, and immigration offenses. Trinity has led and overseen federal investigations with every major federal investigative unit, and most notably he led the United States Department of State’s largest domestic investigation and federal indictment in 2017-2018. Trinity’s trial experience has resulted in favorable outcomes for the United States in each federal trial that he has litigated.

When Trinity first joined the United States Attorney’s office, he was assigned to the appellate division, where he wrote briefs on behalf of the United States and argued cases in front of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. This was a natural fit for Trinity because immediately upon graduating from law school, Trinity clerked for the Honorable Adalberto Jordan on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Trinity is an adjunct professor at the University of Miami School of Law (since 2017) and teaches a short course on judicial writing during the Spring semester. Trinity graduated from the University of Miami School of Law with Honors. While in law school, Trinity was a writing fellow, a teaching assistant, and a graduate assistant.

Prior to beginning his legal practice, Trinity served as the lead pastor at Elevation Church in Layton, Utah. During his time as lead pastor, Trinity wrote three books and spoke at over 200 churches and events across the world.

Trinity enjoys spending time with his family, watching his Chicago Cubs, enjoying a good meal, and reading a good book.
